Mercan Group’s first hotel development in Panama is being developed with Accor under the Pullman Hotels & Resorts brand in Bella Vista. The mixed-use project is planned to include 180 hotel rooms and 126 individually owned executive suites, with opening scheduled for 2028.

After five years of permanent residency, an eligible resident may be able to apply for Panamanian naturalization. Citizenship is a separate legal process and is not automatic or guaranteed by the investment or residence permit.
